The Grand Forks Art Gallery Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Directors serve a two-year term and are elected by members at the Annual General Meeting in September. The Board meets 10 times over the course of the year and is responsible for fiscal oversight, fundraising, and governance at GFAG. Board members dedicate their time, energy, and expertise to ensure that GFAG continues to fulfill our mission and mandate.
Are you passionate about the arts, eager to make a difference, and ready to contribute your expertise to the governance of the Grand Forks Art Gallery? We are now accepting applications for our Board of Directors on an ongoing basis, with elections held at the GFAG AGM in September. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, skills, and experience, especially those with expertise in:
• Financial Management & Accounting • Fundraising & Community Engagement • Strategic Planning & Leadership
Joining our Board is an exciting opportunity to support the gallery and make a meaningful impact on the community. For more information view the GFAG board terms of reference, or email Tim van Wijk, Director/Curator at tvanwijk@g2gf.ca
